HPA Flow

Terms of Service

Last updated 3 November 2026

The short version

HPA Flow helps you map how your business runs and find what's slowing it down. Your answers and maps are yours; you let us use them to run the service.

The AI does its best, but it can be wrong, so its suggestions are a starting point, not professional advice. Use HPA Flow fairly, and only invite people you're allowed to.

1. The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and HPA (“we”, “us”), which runs HPA Flow: the website at hpaflow.com and the HPA Flow app. By using HPA Flow you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy. If you use HPA Flow for a business, you agree on its behalf, and confirm you're allowed to.

2. Your account

  • You need to be 18 or older, and you sign in with a Google account.
  • Keep that account secure: you're responsible for what happens under your HPA Flow account.
  • Tell us at privacy@hpaflow.com if you think someone else is using it.

3. Your content

Your answers, maps, reviews and anything else you add (“your content”) stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and display your content so we can run HPA Flow for you: for example, sending it to AI providers to run the interview, showing parts of it to teammates you hand them to, and showing your review to people you share it with. That permission ends when you delete your content or your account, except for content that's part of someone else's map (see your team, below).

You're responsible for your content, and for having the right to share it, including anything about other people, such as your staff or customers.

4. Your team

You can invite people to your team, and hand them parts of a map or single questions. Only invite people who have agreed to hear from you, and who are allowed to tell you about the work they do. When a teammate answers, their answers become part of your map, and stay there if they later leave your team or delete their account.

5. AI suggestions

HPA Flow uses AI to interview you, draw your map, and suggest fixes. AI can misunderstand, leave things out, or be wrong. Its maps, reviews and suggestions are general information to help you think, not legal, financial, employment or other professional advice. Check anything important, and make your own decisions about your business.

6. Fair use

Please don't:

  • break the law, or anyone else's rights, using HPA Flow;
  • send spam, or invite people who haven't agreed to hear from you;
  • try to get into accounts or parts of the service that aren't yours, or disrupt it for others;
  • copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to build a competing one;
  • misuse the AI, for example to produce harmful content, or to overload the service.

7. Prices

Some parts of HPA Flow may cost money, such as the business review. We'll always show you the price before you pay, in Australian dollars unless we say otherwise.

8. The service

We're always improving HPA Flow, so features may change, and from time to time it may be unavailable while we fix or update it. We'll try to give notice of big changes. We don't promise it will always be available or error-free.

9. Ending

You can stop using HPA Flow, and delete your account, at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we have to stop offering HPA Flow; where we can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

10. Your rights under consumer law

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that can't be excluded. Where the law lets us limit our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the service again, or paying what it would cost to do so.

11. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, HPA Flow is provided “as is”, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, revenue or data, or for decisions you make based on the AI's suggestions. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is more.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll update the date at the top, and tell you in the app or by email if a change is significant. If you keep using HPA Flow after a change, the new terms apply.

13. The law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales can hear any dispute about them.
